Flow
An outcome-led process planner. Start from the result you want, connect the tasks and resources that get you there, then run the flow and track actual against planned.
Desks and queues for IT, facilities and people questions: tickets from a QR scan or the portal, public replies and private notes, service clocks on a business calendar, and routing to the applet that owns the work.
Service Desk gives each team a desk and a queue: IT, facilities, people questions. Requesters raise tickets from the portal or by scanning a label; agents reply in public or note in private, and every ticket has a response and resolution clock on its desk's business calendar.
It is a Core applet linked to HR, Asset Management, Training and Flow: requesters and their roles come from HR, items and places from Asset Management, and a faulty item is routed to Asset Management, which says what it did without closing the ticket for the agent.
An outcome-led process planner. Start from the result you want, connect the tasks and resources that get you there, then run the flow and track actual against planned.
A front door for an organisation's internal applications: one sign-in, local or single sign-on, one design system, personal appearance settings, and applets that plug in behind it.
Projects, boards, Kanban and timelines for teams, with templates, notifications, retention rules and an audit trail, all behind the Core front door.
