Reports is for site operators, auditors and asset administrators. It shows, as of now:
- Overdue back: loans and hires past their due time, with who has them;
- Out of use: items in draft, quarantined, being repaired or retired;
- Missing: items a stocktake confirmed missing, kept in the register until found or disposed of;
- Warranty ending in the next 60 days;
- By category: how many items each category holds, and how many are out now;
- By place: how many items each place holds.
Export the register
Auditors and asset administrators can choose Export the register (CSV): one row per item.
Asset administrators can also choose With purchase values. Nobody else sees purchase values, in the register, reports or exports.
