Completed work waits under Completed: to verify on Home, and Facilities Managers are told.
Check it
Open the job. Look at what was done, the parts, the effort and the photos.
- Verify accepts the work. The job is verified and closed, or Work verified; safety clearance pending if it has a safety hold.
- Send back returns it to in progress. Say What still needs doing. The person who did it is told.
The category's rules
- Verified by someone else: the person who did the work never verifies it. Verify is not offered to them.
- After photo required: the job cannot be closed without a photo after the work.
Plans
Verifying a plan's job marks that occurrence done, and the plan's next due date moves on.
Reopen
If verified work turns out to need more, a coordinator or manager chooses Reopen and says Why. The job returns to in progress, and the technician is told.
