Reports and the audit trail

Headcount, leave, absence, reviews due, readiness and pay costs, and the record of who did what.

Updated 31 October 2026

Reports covers the people you manage as a line manager, and everyone for HR and auditors.

TabWhat it shows
HeadcountPeople, employments, roles, FTE and people with more than one role, today, by department
Leave balancesEach person's grant, taken, waiting and available hours
AbsenceApproved and confirmed absence by type, and by role
Reviews dueReviews ending in the next 90 days and not closed, and goals due
ReadinessTraining's readiness for each person and role
Pay costsGross pay by role from Payroll's finalised pay outcomes, for the HR lead only

People are counted once however many roles they hold. FTE is worked out from each role's contracted hours and the organisation's full-time week, set in Settings.

Readiness is judged role by role: an expired driving credential says nothing about someone's training work.

The audit trail

Audit lists every change, newest first: when, who and with what access level, the action, and what it was about. The details hold identifiers and counts, never notes, reasons or amounts. Opening restricted sickness notes is recorded too, and nobody can change the trail.

Auditors, HR administrators and the HR lead see it.
