Questions and answers

My record says my account is not linked. What do I do?

Ask an HR administrator to link it. HR links each sign-in to a person by hand, never by matching an email, so it is not done for you automatically.

Why can't I see my pay in HR?

Pay and payslips are kept by Payroll. My record shows your next pay date and when you were last paid, and My payslips opens them in Payroll.

Does HR work out holiday entitlement, bank holidays or carry-over?

Not yet. Each leave policy grants a fixed number of hours a year, set by the employer. Accrual, part-year and irregular-hours leave, carry-over, public holidays and family leave are not calculated yet. HR can adjust a balance by hand.

Can I make a change dated in the past?

Changes to a role's terms, and new pay agreements, take effect today or later. A pay change can start in the past through Propose a pay change: once a second person approves it, Payroll pays the difference. Other past corrections are not available yet.

Can I attach a fit note or another document?

Not yet. HR records whether sickness evidence has been received, but cannot store the document itself.

Is the data in the sandbox real?

No. The sandbox's people, roles, leave and reviews are fictional, and they are reset every night. Try anything you like.
