Your inbox and the ticket queue

Where an agent finds the tickets that need them.

Updated 31 October 2026

Home: your inbox

If you work a desk, Home shows, when there is any:

  • Assigned to you.
  • News from other applets: progress on work you routed to Asset Management or Facilities.
  • Waiting for your approval, for desk managers.
  • Not yet assigned, on the desks you work.
  • Past a target: response or resolution clocks gone past their targets.
  • Tasks from Flow: steps of a process the desk does, such as setting up a new starter's accounts.

The number beside Home counts the unassigned tickets, approvals and news waiting.

Tickets: the queue

Tickets lists the desks you work (and, for an auditor, every desk that is not restricted). Filter by:

  • Desk.
  • State: Open (the default), All, or one state.
  • Owner: Me, Nobody yet, or a name, chosen as you type.
  • Search: a reference, words from the title, or a name.

Each row shows the priority, the state, past target when a clock has gone over, and when it must be resolved by.

Who works a desk

A desk's agents are its individual members, and everyone currently employed in a department linked to the desk in HR's records. A starter is an agent straight away; a leaver stops being one.
