Flow
An outcome-led process planner. Start from the result you want, connect the tasks and resources that get you there, then run the flow and track actual against planned.
Job descriptions built from a shared library of skills, skill sets and qualifications, with every version kept and nothing published until it has been reviewed and approved.
JD Manager keeps an organisation's job descriptions consistent: they are built from one library of skills, skill sets and qualifications, so a role's digital skills mean the same thing in every department.
It is a Core applet. Sign-in, roles and access come from the front door; the applet holds the job descriptions, their versions and the decisions on each. A version copies what it uses from the library, so a later change to a skill set never alters a published job description, while a draft shows the change and offers to take it.
An outcome-led process planner. Start from the result you want, connect the tasks and resources that get you there, then run the flow and track actual against planned.
A front door for an organisation's internal applications: one sign-in, local or single sign-on, one design system, personal appearance settings, and applets that plug in behind it.
Projects, boards, Kanban and timelines for teams, with templates, notifications, retention rules and an audit trail, all behind the Core front door.
