Ask to join a department

The first time you open Projects you may not belong to a department yet. You then see Choose the departments you'd like to join.

1. Tick the departments you work in. Find a department narrows a long list.
2. Choose Request access.
3. Your requests are listed under Your requests as Pending.

A department administrator accepts you and gives you a role, or declines. When a request shows Approved, choose I've been approved — continue to open Projects.

For department administrators

A request to join arrives in your Notifications. Choose a role in Role…, then Accept; or choose Reject. You can only give the roles you are allowed to give.
