Open Organisation, then Applications. Each of the organisation's live applications is a card.
Where each one came from
- Included for every organisation.
- Added by the site owner.
- Bought, for the organisation.
Who can open it
A card says either:
- anyone in the organisation can open it, at its usual level, unless you give them another level; or
- only the people listed can open it.
To give someone access, choose the person and a level, then Give access. Change a level in the list beside their name; it saves straight away. Remove takes away the level you gave them.
Requests
When someone opens an application they have no access to, a request is made for them. The card shows them under Waiting for access, and administrators get a notification.
- Choose the level to give them.
- Choose Approve or Refuse.
They are told either way.
Adding an application
You cannot give access to an application the organisation does not have. Buy it under Billing, or ask the site's owner to add it.
Billing
Billing shows what the organisation pays for, its status, and who bought it. Available to buy lists the live applications on sale that it does not have; Buy for organisation buys one for it. A purchase made while you work in an organisation belongs to that organisation, and you then give its people access. For paying and invoices, see the website's own help.
The Administration tab
Administrators also have Administration:
- Access requests: the same requests, with a Role to give, Approve and Refuse.
- Order of applications: move each one up or down, then Save the order. This is the order everyone sees them in on Core home and in the Applications menu.
- Running and Events between applications: the versions running, and when each application last collected what the others told it.
