Running your organisation

Questions and answers

An application says my organisation does not have it. What now?

Each organisation has the live applications it has bought and those the site's owner has added for it. Ask one of your organisation's administrators: the page names them. They can ask the site's owner to add it, or buy it for the organisation if it is on sale. If you belong to another organisation that has it, switch to it from your account menu in the bar.

Can I get my notifications by email?

Not at the moment. Notifications appear in Waiting for you in Core home, and the bell in every application's bar counts the unread ones.

Why are my settings not saved?

You are probably using the shared demo login, which keeps no settings or notification choices. Create an account of your own to save them. The Light and Dark switch in the bar still works for you.

Why don't I see the sandboxes in the Applications menu?

Working in an organisation, the menu lists only its live applications that you can open. To try the sandboxes, choose Try the sandboxes on Core home's Applications tab.

Is the data in the sandbox real?

No. The sandbox's organisation, people and records are fictional, and they are reset every night. Try anything you like, but never type in real personal details: everyone shares the demo login.
