Both are kept with your account, so every Core application uses them on any device.
Notifications
On the Notifications tab, each application you can open has a card listing what it can tell you, with how many are on. Each notification has a switch.
- Turn a switch off to stop that kind of notification. It saves straight away.
- Turn it on again at any time.
Core's own notifications are listed first:
- You are given access to an application, or your role changes.
- A request of yours for access is refused.
- Someone asks for access to an application, for administrators only.
A switch only affects what reaches you from now on.
Appearance
On the Settings tab:
- Theme: Follow the bar's switch, Dark or Light.
- Size of text and controls: Standard, Larger or Largest.
- Reduce motion (no animations or smooth scrolling).
Choose Save settings. Every application uses them from the next page you open.
For your name, email address and password, choose Name, email and password. These are on your account page; see the website's own help.
