Search
- Choose Search everything in the bar, or press / or Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac).
- Type at least two characters.
- Results appear grouped by application, the one you are in first.
Each application shows up to six results. Choose See all beside its name to see the rest in that application. Some results have quick actions beside them, such as Report a fault in Service Desk or Log a job in Facilities.
Use the arrow keys to move through the results, and Esc to close them.
What it finds
- Each application answers with only what your access lets you see.
- Only applications on the site you are on are searched: the live site searches the live applications, and the sandbox searches the sandboxes.
- Nothing is copied into Core. Each search asks the applications at the time.
If nothing matches, the box says so. If an application is slow, it is listed as still searching, and it is left out after five seconds.
