Portfolio details

Portfolio Editors and Administrators: choose Admin, then Portfolio details.

  • Organisation and Owning directorate.
  • Position stated as at: the date the board reads the portfolio as current to, for example 24 Sep 2026. Overdue questions and milestones, stale updates and the 90-day approval window are all counted from it.
  • Academic year, Governing board and Next board meeting.
  • Default executive sponsor: filled in on each new project.

Under Stage gates, each gate has a name, Who convenes it, and how often, What the gate requires, and Definition in force. You can change the gates there; adding or removing one is not available.

Choose Save portfolio details. Like any change, they reach the board when published.

Settings

Choose Admin, then Settings. Everyone with Admin can read them; only the Portfolio Administrator changes them. A change takes effect at once and is logged.
