Your readiness, role by role

What ready, due soon, expired, missing and pending review mean for each of your roles.

Updated 31 October 2026

Home shows Your readiness, role by role: a card for each of your roles, with each of its requirements.

Requirements

A role's requirement is met by a credential from one of the courses that count for it. A requirement is either mandatory or (recommended); only mandatory ones decide whether you are ready. One credential can meet requirements in more than one role, such as a site induction.

What the states mean

StateMeaning
readyYou hold a credential in date
due soonYour credential ends soon: still ready, but renew it
expiredYour credential has ended
missingYou have no credential for it
pending reviewYour evidence is waiting to be checked; it does not count yet

Each card says Ready for this role. or Not ready for this role. A role with no requirements shows nothing required. Each credential shows when it is valid until.

An override means a training lead has treated a requirement as met for a stated reason until a date. It is not a credential.

When it changes

Readiness is worked out again whenever something changes, such as a new credential or requirement, and each new day. A credential ending today makes you not ready today. The bell tells you when a credential is due soon or has expired.

Where else it shows

HR shows your readiness on your record, and Payroll flags pay for a role whose readiness has expired or is missing for review. It never stops pay for work already done.
