Put the figures you watch on one page, for yourself or for everyone.

Updated 31 October 2026

Make one

  1. Beside Dashboards in the menu, choose + (New dashboard). An Untitled dashboard opens.
  2. Choose Edit.
  3. Change the name at the top.
  4. Choose a widget and an item type, then Add widget. Repeat for each one.
  5. Tick Shared if everyone should see it; otherwise it stays Private.
  6. Choose Save.

Widgets

WidgetShows
Total countHow many items of the type there are
Overdue countHow many are past their due date
By statusA bar for each status
Workload by assigneeItems per person
By priority / optionA breakdown by an option field
Money totalsThe totals of the type's money fields

While editing, drag a widget to move it, change its title in its box, or remove it with its cross. The bin deletes the whole dashboard.

Only the person who made a dashboard, or an administrator, can change it. Each widget counts only the work the person looking at it may see.

In the sandbox, open the shared Organisation delivery overview.
