Extra sections are part of the job description, such as a safeguarding commitment above the purpose or additional duties at the end. They are approved and published with the rest, and appear on its PDF.
Add one
On the draft's Extra sections step:
- Choose Add from the library to take one of the library's reusable sections, or Add a blank section.
- From the library: choose the Section, untick any items you do not want under Items to include, and choose Add. The draft keeps its own copy, so you can change it.
- Give it a Heading and choose Where it goes: before the purpose of the role, after the purpose, the responsibilities, the skills or the qualifications, or at the end.
- Write the Text. A blank line starts a new paragraph. The buttons above the box add bold, italic, a Link or Bullets, and How it will look shows the result.
- Under Items, add a bulleted list if you want one: Add an item, or Add items from the library to pick items from any library section.
Where it sits shows the job description's order with your sections in place. Move up reorders them, and Remove this section removes one.
