Configuration is for administrators. Every change is recorded in the audit trail with its before and after values.

Two tick boxes:
- Use blind cash counting at close (recommended) hides the expected figure until the count is submitted.
- Administrators are not asked for a second authorisation when voiding, refunding or approving. With it off, administrators need a second person like everyone else.
Choose Save settings.
Approval matrix
Tick the actions that need a second person, then choose Save approval requirements:
- Opening a session
- Void a sale
- Refund
- Cash pay-out
- Bank drop
- Z read / close day
- Discount over threshold
All of them are ticked to begin with. Unticking one is recorded in the audit trail. An action that needs no second person is still recorded under the name of whoever did it. With Z read / close day unticked, only a supervisor or an administrator can close a session.
