See and print your payslips

Find your payslips, read each line, and print one.

Your payslips

Choose My payslips. Each row is one week: the period, the pay date, the time paid, Gross, Deductions and Net (simulated). The last row adds them up. A correction to an earlier week is marked correction.

A payslip appears once its pay run is finalised.

Read a payslip

Open a row to see the payslip. It shows your Name, Employer, Payroll reference, Period, Pay date and Time paid, and then the lines:

  • Lines are grouped by role. If you have two roles, such as driving and training, each has its own group and total.
  • Each line is the time on one date at the rate agreed for that role on that date.
  • An allowance is its own line.
  • Gross, then Deductions (simulated) and Net (simulated).

Every payslip carries the banner DEMO — NOT FOR PAYMENT. A Correction statement corrects an earlier week and says so.

Choose Print. The payslip prints without the bar and the menu. A PDF download is not available yet.

Your next pay date

Payroll pays weekly, on the Friday after each week ends. In HR, My record has a From Payroll card with your Next pay date, when you were Last paid, and a link to My payslips. HR never shows amounts.
