Change where a code leads

Point a printed dynamic code at a new page, add tracking parameters, or roll back.

Updated 31 October 2026

Printed copies follow a change straight away; the address in the code stays the same.

  1. On the code's page, under Change where it leads, type the New destination.
  2. Optionally, say Why. It is kept in the history.
  3. Choose Change the destination.

Campaign tracking (UTM) parameters

Open Campaign tracking (UTM) parameters to add Source, Medium, Campaign, Term and Content to the destination's address, so your website's own analytics can tell these visits apart. Clear a box to remove that parameter.

QR Code Manager does not see what happens on your website, so these give no conversion figures here.

Destination history

Destination history lists every address the code has led to, who changed it and when. Nothing in it is ever removed.

To roll back, choose Restore this on an earlier row. That makes a new change back to the earlier address, and the history keeps both.
